Does just what it says on the tin, and removes starch haze from your wine, apparently it contains the same chemical that exists in our saliva that breaks starch down into sugar! . . . . . No . . . don't even think about it! saliva contains other less appealing elements too so just pay the small price and get the right stuff for the job.
